Rolling Mills

1) Flat & Profile Rolling Mill (Medium)

Equipped with 3 rolling heads, 1 pull-through Turk head, 1 Capstan, and a Layered winding coiler. The mill has a rolling capacity of 0.5 mm to 6 mm input diameter and a production capacity of 30 to 50MT per month. This mill delivers very precise output with an accuracy of 30 microns in thickness and 50 microns in width. 

2) Flat wire mill (Fine)

Equipped with 3 rolling heads, Layered winding Spooler. The mill has a rolling capacity of 0.1 mm to 2 mm input diameter and a production capacity of 6 to 8 MT per month. This mill delivers very precise output with an accuracy of 20 microns in thickness and 40microns in width.

3) Profile Wire Mill

Equipped with 1 Rolling head and two driven Turk Head which is specially developed for making different type of profile wire like Square, Rectangular, Oval, Triangular, Half Round, Wedge, H shape, and other irregular shapes. This mill has a capacity of 2 mm to 8 mm diameter and hasa production capacity of 50 to 60 MT per month.

4) Straightening Cutting Line

Equipped with Mechanical Power press, Straightening, and Servo control feeding unit. We can achieve an accuracy of 0.5 to 1 mm in cutting length.

5) Straightening and polishing line

Equipped with a pair of horizontal and vertical straighteners, and a cleaning and polishing unit with layered winding coiler.

6) Tensile Testing Machine

With Capacity of 1 MT Load

7) Hardness Testing Machine

Load capacity from 10 kg to 150 Kg.
